  Was recommended by a friend , and once got in touch with Mr Dilip Yadav he was a thorough gentleman who took care of all aspects from start to finish.... read more He was timely in his responses whenever I had a query. We had arranged a Delhi tour for 1 day and then Agra tour the following day. The driver Raghu was very polite and knew the roads in and out of Delhi and Agra so there were no delays as such except when you get stuck in the Delhi traffic. All tolls and parking fees were all included in the package so need not to worry about that . Dilip was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger car keeping in mind the long journey and there were some nice amenities in the car which was a nice touch . Probably Jaipur next visit we know for sure who to get in touch with thanks to Dilip and his team .

My requests to modify the... read more standard tour were accommodated. For example, I was able to visit Taj Mahal twice at different times of the day for an additional fee. Taj Mahal is worth visiting twice (early in the morning and another time of the day). No prepayment was required before my arrival in Agra, which was very convenient for me. The drivers and guides spoke good English and were friendly. The car was more spacious than initially planned and the boot (trunk) was large enough for my two suitcases. Mr. Dilip Yadav picked me up in person at Agra railway station and took me to the hotel, where he suggested an additional trip to Mathura. I was treated like a royalty in Mathura, largely thanks to the special connections of Mr. Dilip Yadav.
As a note of caution, the guides in India tend to ask you to purchase additional services, which are sometimes difficult to refuse. In the end, I am satisfied by the pictures taken by a professional photographer at Taj Mahal for a faily large addition to the initially planned cost. You need to be prepared for continuous sales talk and visits to shops regardless of your wishes.
Because there are no tips in Japan, the advice from Mr. Dilip Yadav about tipping was useful and helped to show my appreciation to the friendly guides and drivers. Although I did not require a Japanese speaking guide, my guide in Delhi spoke Japanese perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, my stay in India was memorable and trouble-free, thanks to Impressive Holidays.

During the tour we changed something due to the monsoon or because we did not like something and they were really open and flexible solving immediately the issue. The driver Amrit was a real gentleman, we did more than 4000km and we have been always really safe. The guides were very good, the vast majority Italian speaking! We saw the best of best ( and for me was the second time in Rajasthan) and the experience was boosted by the organisation of Impressive holydays with their MD Dilip Yadav!
